Hello my loyal disciples! We have all been getting after it for 17 days straight! For me, the tide of resistance with regard to self improvement is starting to drift out to sea. My energy levels are improving, the kettlebell swings are becoming slightly more tolerable.  My life is finally starting to be more efficient. The 75 Hard is a lot like life; there are going to be a lot of peaks and valleys. Right now I am on a peak! I am very excited for Monday. I have a lot of fun projects going on in my day job and a new lifting program I am going to implement. You guys will be able to read more about that on Monday. I am also going to be implementing cardio on my off days of the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge. I am hoping to have my breakdown of supplements uploaded by the end of this week as well so keep an eye out for that. 

Now for the bad. The overarching theme for next week is… Go the fuck to sleep on time. I have a nasty little habit of fucking around on my phone right before I go sleep. Starting tonight I am going to get the phone out of my bedroom. Not getting good enough rest is not going to help me achieve my goal of building muscle. Furthermore, being sleep deprived is fucking with my creativity.  

A good friend of mine once told me “Right now I am writing my redemption story.” Everyone in the church of the chubby is doing the same thing. We are all righting our ships. It doesn’t matter if you are on the first page of your redemption story, or many pages in. You must keep writing! I hope you all have a kickass week. Please be open for any opportunity that comes your way, and I promise that I will do the same. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow.

Meals:

Breakfast: Luna bar

Lunch: 1 lettuce wrapped cheeseburger and a chicken wrap.

Snack: Banana 

Dinner: 2 cups of lamb chili
