Barbell Incline Press 4 sets, 10 reps
Seated dumbbell shoulder press 4 sets, 10 reps
Dumbbell Lateral Raise 4 sets, 10 reps
EZ-bar skullcrusher 4 sets, 10 reps
Triceps Rope Press-Down 4 sets, 10 reps
Meals:
Snack: 20 gram protein bar
Breakfast: 4 ducks eggs 50 grams of whey protein
Lunch: 17 oz. of purple cabbage, broccoli and ground Elk
Dinner: Cesar Salad
