Day 25 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! I hope everyone crushed their Monday. Today was all about active recovery, tomorrow I will go to war with my legs. The battle against the chub rages rages on tomorrow!
Outdoor workout:
Ab circuit and yoga
Indoor workout
45 minutes of cardio
Breakfast: 1 Banana ,50 grams of whey protein
Lunch:4.5 oz. of antelope and 4 duck eggs
Snack: many spoonful’s of almond butter and a little honey
Dinner: Lettuce wrapped ⅓ lb cheeseburger and 42 gram protein shake
