Day 46 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! Day two of the power being out at my home. The refugee life comes with many challenges. Thankfully I am overcoming them. Power willing, I am going to do a midweek recap because I have a lot of stories to tell you guys.

Indoor workout:
Lat pulls 3x15
Dips 4x15
triceps rope pull down 15,12,10,8
Reverse grip EZ bar pull downs 3x12
Cable rope curls 3x10
easy bar curls 2x15
Breakfast:1 banana, half cup of oatmeal with half tsp of butter, 2 tsp of apple butter 2 tsp pacific chai powder
Lunch: Chipotle salad
Dinner: Chicken, rice, beans, sour cream, guac.
Supper: Apple, 20 gram protein bar
