Day 50 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! We finally made it to Friday! I am writing this from my phone so please excuse any typos :) I will edit this post on my computer tomorrow from a coffee shop! I hope I get my internet back tomorrow.
Outdoor workout:
60 minute walk
Indoor workout:
Two warm up sets of ten for each lift.
Bent over rows 2x3
pull ups 2x10 followed by 2x3 weighted pull ups
Barbell curl 2x3
Shoulder shrugs 2x3
Breakfast: two 20 gram protein bars
Lunch:8.3 oz. of pork tenderloin 4 oz. of cabbage
Dinner: 40 gram protein shake, 5 oz. of turkey breast with two baby Bel minis.
