Hello my loyal disciples! While most people are learning about politics and many other unimportant things, and absorbing useless information. We are journeying within, digging deep and changing. Finding the root causes  of why we make bad decisions. Past mistakes cannot define who you are. However, they will if you let them. I encourage all you to forgive yourself from all past transgressions and sally forth on the path of self improvement. Outdoor workout:

60 Minute yoga class followed by a 45 minute (walk to remain complaint)

Indoor workout:

abs 

EZ bar pull downs 3x20

single arm pull rope downs 3x20

straight bar press down 3x12

4 way neck machine 2 sets of 10 each direction 

Meals: 

Breakfast:48 gram protein shake 

Second breakfast: 7.4 oz. of rice 6.4 oz. of chicken

Lunch: 7 oz. of rice and 2 chicken sausages 

Snack: 21 gram protein bar1 

Snack: 40 gram protein shake

Dinner: 1 steak burrito with 40 gram protein
