Day 60 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! We made it to Monday! The sun was out and spring seemed to be in the air! I only have 15 days left!!! The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Outdoor workout:
60 minute walk
Indoor workout:
chin ups 3x10
rope curls 3x15
Rope hammer curls 3x10
Bar cable curls 3x10
rope pull downs 3x15
single arm rope curls 3x10
reverse grip cable pulldowns
Meals:
Breakfast: 6 eggs.
Second breakfast: 48 gram protein shake, 1 banana
Lunch:8.2 oz. of ground turkey, purple cabbage and one half onion
Meal: 1 cup of rice,4.8 oz. of antelope breakfast sausage
Dinner: 1 steak fajita burrito
