Day 72 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! The hike I went on today was spectacular. I hope you all had a great day as well! The battle against the chub rages on!
Outdoor workout:
3 mile hike with 1500 feet of elevation gain
Indoor workout:
45 minutes of yoga
Meals:
Breakfast:8.4 oz. of cheese stuffed antelope sausage and 6 eggs
Second Breakfast: one 17 gram protein bar, one peanut butter and honey sandwich on gluten free bread, and more antelope sausage (no idea on the weight I was at the top of a mountain)
Lunch: Lamb shawarma with a Mediterranean salad (no idea on the weight)
Dinner: two 21 gram protein bars
