Day 64 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! We made it to Friday!! I hope you all had a great week and were able to capitalize on some opportunities. Today was more of an active recovery day for me. The battle against the chug rages on tomorrow!
Outdoor workout:
60 minute walk
Indoor workout:
20 minutes of abs
25 minutes of incline treadmill 3-5 mph
Meals:
Breakfast: 6 eggs
Second breakfast: 48 gram protein shake with blueberries
Lunch:N/A
Dinner: 9.6 oz. of chicken thighs 2 oz. of salad
