Hello my loyal disciples! I have been struggling these last few days. I have not been getting enough sleep. However, I plan on correcting that problem tonight. Today was a very good day for me, I was able to record a podcast with Nick Ramos the Host of the Cuban Revolution podcast! It was a fantastic conversation. I  have never felt more dumb in my life. I learned a lot about Cuba and was lucky enough to learn what it was like to live in a communist country. I hope you all had a good day. I will chat with you all tomorrow!

Outdoor workout:

2.5 mile run/ hill sprints 

Indoor workout:

20 minute roll out / stretching 

25 minutes of abs 

Meals: 

Breakfast: 48 gram protein shake with blueberries, 1 banana

Lunch: 10.8 oz. of rice 6.8 chicken thighs 

Dinner: 12 oz. of pineapple rice, with pork and green peas
