Day 14 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! Things are starting to run pretty smooth on my end. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Outdoor workout:
500 Kettlebell swings 4,000 out of 10,000
Indoor workout:
Abs
front squats 3×7
back squats 3x7
hamstring curls 3x10
calf raises
Meals:
Breakfast: 6 eggs, 17 gram protein bar, and 1 Banana
Snack: 50 grams of whey protein
Lunch: purple cabbage, with ground turkey.
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs, two 20 gram protein bars, 3 slices of Tillamook Sharp cheddar cheese.
Dinner: 10 oz. of lamb and 8 oz. of broccoli, and 50 grams of whey protein
