Hello my loyal disciples! We finally made it to the weekend. This week has been a great one for me. I hope you all can say the same. I was able to get further dialed in with my meal prepping and finally get under the squat rack. My goal for next week is to ramp up the intensity during my gym sessions. Tomorrow I will be back on the kettlebell train and will go on a 5 mile hike in the Columbia River gorge. I will talk to you all tomorrow! 


Outdoor workout: 

60 minute hike 

Indoor workout: 

Triceps pull downs 3x15

Single arm tricep extension 3x12

Reverse grip tricep pull downs 3x12

Bench press 3x10

Pec flys 3x10

Meals:

Breakfast:1 Banana,  6 eggs with shredded cheese and one 20 gram protein bar.

Snack:  20 gram protein bar 

Lunch: 7oz of turkey burger, 10 oz of cauliflower rice

Dinner:  LENTIL PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE, ONION, GARLIC, ITALIAN HERBS, TOMATOES AND 1 CHICKEN BREAST
