Indoor workout:
Barbell Row 2 sets, 5-10 reps (rest 1 min.) 4 sets, 3 reps (rest 3 min.)
Barbell Curl 2 sets, 5-10 reps (rest 1 min.) 4 sets, 3 reps (rest 3 min.)
Barbell shrugs 2 sets, 5-10 reps (rest 1 min.) 4 sets, 3 reps (rest 3 min.)
Rope curls 3x12
Meals:
Breakfast: 6 eggs, 2 cups of baby Arugula, and 50 grams of whey protein. Larabar
Snack:2 larabars
Lunch: two 20 gram protein bars
Dinner: 3 drumsticks with 12 oz. of sweet potatoes.
