Day 30 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! Today was a great day, I was up at 7:30 and able to knock out all of my housekeeping items. That said, there is never enough time in the day. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow.
Outdoor workout:
4 mile hike
Indoor workout:
Barbell back squat 2 sets, 5-10 reps ( 4 sets, 10 reps)
Leg Extension 5 sets, 10 reps superset with Lying Leg Curl 5 sets, 10 reps for both.
Back extension 5 sets, 10 reps
(I ran out of time for the below lifts due to meeting friends I will finish this tomorrow)
Barbell walking lunge superset with Calf Press On The Leg Press Machine 5 sets, 10 reps for both
Breakfast: 4 duck eggs, 13.8 oz of spaghetti squash with half and onion and 4 pieces of bacon, 50 gram protein shake
Lunch: 50 gram protein shake, cheese and meat and grapes.( was at a friends house so I have no idea how much I ate)
Dinner: 4.5 oz. of lamb 7.2 oz. of broccoli and 1 avocado
