Hello my loyal disciples! Despite all of the bad in the world, the Church Of The Chubby is a place where we have all made a conscious choice to journey within and improve ourselves. I would be lying to you all if I said I was not extremely distracted by the events that unfolded today. I am a student of history, and I was in awe of what was happening. However, I am a firm believer in being the change you want to see in the world. After I was done gawking on social media I decided it was time to get to work and knock out 500 kettlebell swings! My grand total so far is 2000. Tomorrow I will be a quarter of the way done. Fuck yeah! I feel like if we spent more time fixing ourselves we could make the world a better place. Tomorrow is a new day and a new opportunity to better ourselves, so lets fucking do it!  

Outdoor workout:

500 kettlebell swings

Indoor workout:

Deadlift 4x5

Bent over rows 3x10

Lat pulls 1 set of 15 3x10

Abs  

Meals:

Breakfasts: 5 eggs and one 50 gram whey protein shake

Lunch: 2 brats and one half sautéed onion. 

Snack: 21 gram protein bar 1 banana 
Dinner: bacon chicken lettuce wrap & Lettuce wrap burger
