Day 8 of the 75 Hard

What is up my loyal disciples! Today marks day 8 of 75. The excitement has worn off, and I am engaged in combat with my lazy side. I am very excited to do a recap of the lessons I have learned this week in my Sunday sermon. Below are the daily victories. Thanks for reading. I will talk to you all tomorrow! The battle against the chub rages on.
Outdoor workout:
500 Kettlebell swings grand total 2500 out of 10,000
Indoor workout:
50 minutes of cardio incline of 13.5 on the treadmill
Meals:
Breakfast: 6 eggs, 1 banana, and one 50 gram whey protein shake
Lunch: purple cabbage, 1 avocado, and 1 cup of mashed cauliflower with bacon
Snack: 1 banana, 50 gram whey protein shake
Snack: three 20 gram protein bars
Dinner: Lamb shoulder chops with purple cabbage
