Outdoor workout: 

3 hour hike 

Indoor workout: 

Yoga 

Meals:

Breakfast: 6 eggs 

Lunch: 20 Gram protein bar

Dinner: lettuce with balsamic glaze, Lentil pasta with tomato sauce, onion, garlic, Italian herbs, tomatoes and 1 chicken breast
