Day 42 of the 75 Hard

Hello my loyal disciples! I am reasonably sure I pulled my right quad today while squatting. I will write more about that tomorrow. The battle against the chub rages on!
Outdoor workout:
20 minutes of abs
5 minutes of jump rope
20 minutes of stretching
Indoor workout:
Barbell Back squats 4x5
Barbell Deadlift 4x5
Stiff legged deadlifts 4x5
Breakfast: 4.1 Oz of antelope sausage 6 eggs
Second breakfast: 48 gram protein shake
Lunch: 12.5 Oz of chicken breasts and 1.5 avocados
Snack: 40 gram protein shake
Dinner: 1 Urban Farmer BBQ Chicken sweet potato crust pizza 14.8 Oz
