Day 43 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! We finally made it to Friday. Portland got hit with an ice storm and my gym closed, I had to adapt and bust out the kettlebells tonight.
Outdoor workout:
60 minute walk
Indoor workout:
200 kettlebell swings
20 kettlebell snatches
kettlebell press 2x20
Breakfast: 5.4 oz. of beets 4.1 oz. of antelope 17 gram protein bar
Lunch: 12 oz. of egg salad, 4 oz. of turkey breast two 17 gram protein bars
Dinner: 48 gram protein
