Day 35 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! I cannot help but feel we are all moving in the right direction. Our spaceships are on course, we are all getting in better shape each day, and that is all we can ask for. This week I have had some phenomenal lifting sessions. I hope you all have as well. I was able to deadlift 405 for four reps yesterday, and hit 275 for 5 reps on bench press tonight. The shitty workouts I was having in the beginning of the challenge are nothing but a distant memory. Each day we grow stronger and more determined. Tomorrow is Friday. I could not be more excited for the opportunity to showcase my sales skills at work and my strength in the gym. The battle against the chub rages on! May the Church of the Chubby reign supreme! Indoor workout:
(Two warm up sets of 5-10 reps for each lift)
Barbell Bench Press 4x5
Barbell incline press 4x5
Military press 4x5
Close grip bench press 4x5
Breakfast: 1 banana 48 grams of whey protein ( I threw a few frozen berries in with the shake because this new protein is abhorrent!)
Second breakfast: 6 eggs and 2.3 oz. of smoked salmon
Snack: 2 Lara bars
Lunch: 8.2 oz. of sweet potatoes, with bacon (did not weigh the bacon)
Dinner: 5.1 oz. of sweet potatoes with bacon, 7.7 oz. of stripped beef round steak with green bell pepper and onion, Taylor farms sweet kale chopped salad mix. I used this salad dressing sparingly, because it tasted too good to not have sugar!
