Day 36 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! We did it, we made it to Friday! I hope you all had a great week, and I hope you have an even better weekend. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Outdoor workout:
60 minutes of Bikram yoga and 45 minute walk to stay compliant
Indoor workout:
Bent over rows 4x5
Pull ups 4x5
Barbell curls 4x5
Cable rope curls 3x12
Breakfast: 1 banana, 48 grams protein with some berries
Snack: 1 can of sardines
Second: breakfast: 6 eggs 3 oz. of cottage cheese
Lunch: two 20 gram protein bars, turkey breast and cream cheese
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts with red onion, red pepper, jalapenos, green salsa, pepper jack cheese, lime, 1 ½ avocados, and cauliflower rice (wasn’t able to weigh this due to being fed by my lovely girlfriend).
