Day 37 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! I have not been at home so I am unable to measure my food intake, but next time I will remember to bring my food scale!
Outdoor workout:
55 minute walk
Indoor workout:
20 minute ab session 35 minute walk
Breakfast: 6 eggs,1 jalapeno, 1 babybel mini, 1 banana, and one Larabar
Snack: 1 apple, 20 gram protein bar, and half a kale chicken wrap
Lunch:2 chicken breasts with red onion, red pepper, jalapenos, green salsa, pepper jack cheese, and cauliflower rice
Dinner: Caesar chicken wrap, with one cup of mushroom soup
