Hello my loyal disciples! Hit 1000 swings today! The plan tomorrow is to run 3 miles and hit the gym.The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Workout:
500 Kettlebell swings
Total swings: 1,000
Breakfast 6.2 Oz of Lamb burger 4 eggs one cupcake (the chub won here)
Lunch:
Dinner : 10 Oz NY steak with baked potato garnished with sour cream and fresh chives, and asparagus
Supper: Ham sandwich
