Spring training Day 14
Hello my loyal disciples! We did it, we made it through another day of hard work. I was able to run three miles as planned, and get a pretty damn good lift in later on in the day. Life seems to be operating in a flow state, and I fucking love it.
Outdoor workout:
3 mile run
Goal: 6 miles
Gym Workout:
Barbell back squat 3x5
Leg curls 4x8
Leg extensions 4x8
Back extensions 4x8
Total swings: 1,000
Meals:
Breakfast 4 eggs and one half onion
Lunch: Lamb shoulder steak 10 Oz and a mixed green salad with olive oil and salt dressing
Chub: 2 cupcakes :(
Dinner : 1 Hawiian mod pizza
